For immigration assistance services covered by New York law, a customer may cancel the written service agreement within three (3) business days after signing without fee or penalty and receive a refund of fees already paid, unless the customer separately and validly waives that right in writing because services must be provided immediately to avoid a specific loss of eligibility, rights or privileges. A customer may also cancel after the three-business-day period and is entitled to a refund for services not performed and costs not actually incurred, subject to applicable law and the written agreement.
