Can you notarize my signature if done lawfully? Yes. We provide New York notary services where legally permitted.
Can you administer acknowledgments, jurats, or oaths? Yes, when the notarial act is lawful and identification requirements are met.

Legal Strategy and Eligibility
Is this the right application for my situation? No. That requires legal analysis by a licensed attorney or authorized accredited representative.
Do I qualify for asylum, VAWA, cancellation, adjustment, waiver, or other relief? No. Eligibility decisions require legal review.
Should I file, withdraw, continue, appeal, or reopen my case? No. We do not advise on legal strategy or legal options.
Which immigration option is best for me? No. We do not choose legal options or strategies for clients.
Can I win if I have a criminal record or prior arrest? No. We do not analyze criminal immigration consequences.
Asylum-Specific Strategy
Should my asylum case be based on political opinion, religion, nationality, race, or particular social group? No. Choosing a legal ground is legal strategy.
Can you make my story stronger? No. We organize and draft from true facts only. We do not invent, exaggerate, or reshape facts.
Should I mention this event or leave it out? No. We do not advise what facts to include or omit for legal strategy.
Is this enough evidence for asylum? No. We do not evaluate legal sufficiency of evidence.
Can you prepare me for cross-examination or tell me what to say? No. We do not coach testimony or create legal answers.
Court, USCIS, EOIR, ICE, and Government Matters
Can you attend my hearing or interview? No. We do not represent clients in court, USCIS interviews, ICE appointments, or hearings.
Can you speak to a judge, officer, or government attorney for me? No. We do not appear as your representative or advocate.
Can you ask the court to postpone my hearing? No. We do not advocate before courts or government agencies.
Can you contact ICE, OPLA, EOIR, USCIS, DHS, or a court as my representative? No. We do not communicate as legal representative of record.
Can you request bond or argue for someone’s release? No. That is legal advocacy.
Forms, Filing Advice, RFEs, NOIDs, and Denials
Which USCIS form should I file? No. We do not choose forms for clients.
Should I answer yes or no to this question? No. Clients must decide answers based on truthful facts or obtain legal guidance.
Can you submit G-28 for me? No. G-28 is for attorneys or authorized accredited representatives.
Can you tell me whether my RFE response is enough? No. We do not evaluate legal sufficiency.
What should I do after a denial, RFE, or NOID? We can help organize documents, but legal response strategy should be reviewed by a licensed attorney or authorized accredited representative.
Attorney Relationship and Other Legal Matters
My lawyer is wrong. Can you tell me what to do? No. We do not second-guess legal advice or interfere with attorney relationships.
Should I fire my lawyer? No. We do not advise whether to start or end representation.
Can you review my lawyer’s agreement for legal problems? No. We do not provide legal contract advice.
Will my ticket, arrest, plea, divorce, custody, or family matter affect immigration? No. Those questions require legal analysis.
Notary Boundaries
Can you notarize without the person present? No. We follow notary identification and appearance requirements.
Can you notarize if the ID does not match? No. We may refuse improper notarization.
Can you notarize and explain what the document legally means? No. We do not provide legal interpretation.
Can you notarize a document with blank spaces? We follow notary rules and may refuse documents that are incomplete or improper.
False Facts, Fraud, and Shortcuts
Can you add something that did not happen? No.
Can you remove facts that look bad? No. We do not advise concealing material facts.
Can you backdate a document or create proof for me? No.
Can you translate it differently so it sounds better? No. Translation must be accurate.
Can you guarantee approval, release, timeline, or outcome? No. No result is guaranteed.

MYITEDU, LLC assists clients with non-attorney administrative support, client-directed document preparation, translation support, document organization, notarial services, records organization, and filing logistics assistance. All work is based on client-provided information and does not include legal advice, legal strategy, court representation, immigration representation, or outcome guarantees. When a question requires legal judgment, eligibility analysis, risk assessment, or representation, the client should consult a licensed attorney or authorized accredited representative.
